What brought you to Liberty Life Yoga?
I was introduced to Liberty Life Yoga through the classes offered at HOEM and decided to try it out because I wanted a change in my workouts.
What is it that you LOVE about practicing with Liberty Life Yoga?
What I love about practicing with Liberty Life Yoga is that I can de-stress while still feeling productive!
What pose are you currently working with? Your favourite pose? Or a pose that you find challenging? Why?
A pose I find challenging is any pose involving a lot of bend in the back, like the bridge or the camel pose, because my back is not very flexible at all.
Tell us a bit about your yoga journey…
I started taking yoga classes in high school but this year I’ve really been getting into it as it’s a great way to relax and de-stress and I want to get stronger and more flexible.
Advice to anyone trying yoga?
For anyone thinking about trying yoga, I would say that there’s no harm in trying it out because odds are you will enjoy yourself while still being challenged, and there is nothing better than the feeling of tired but limber muscles.
